It's me again, and I'm sure you're not excited

Hello dear blog, how goes it?

Or should I address this to the readers? If they really do exist, that is.

Everything here in Teenybopperdom is as one would expect. I of course have been bombarded with assignments and tests for this weekend, because really, what gives someone more joy than studying Physics and American History? I know I couldn't possibly think of anything. Except perhaps clip my toenails while getting my teeth pulled. Without Novocaine. Sounds like a plan. It is, however, approaching one of my favorite days of the year, Halloween. Now, for some this means putting on as little material as possible on their bodies while calling it a "costume," but I actually adore dressing up. No longer young enough to get free candy from my neighbors, it really is my only folly. Aside perhaps from Halloween parties. This year, no one was really doing much, but I didn't want to throw a party. Compromise, I invited a bunch of people over to watch scary movies in our costumes. Now, I very rarely tell anyone my costume idea prior to Halloween, but you can try to guess I suppose. I doubt you'll get it though. If anyone out there is reading my post, tell me what are you doing for Halloween? What are you dressing up as? ARE you dressing up? Party, mischief, trick-or-treating, for yourself or your kids. Does anyone else relish this holiday as much as I do? Especially that it's a Friday, my ultimate favorite day of the week.

Au revoir mes cheries, amusez-vous bien

After an extended hiatus...

Hello, kiddies! Well, perhaps kiddies is the incorrect method in which I should be addressing you. Onwards. I haven't written since my summer vacation, and for that I'm terribly sorry, but I was away, and I'm officially back and hopefully better than ever. I hope you all enjoyed your summer, it is officially fall, the season of boots, light jackets, and falling leaves. My favorite season is fall, I love the falling leaves, my leather boots, and most of all, my birthday. I love living in a place where the seasons actually change, and I love the smell of leaves, and the sound of crinkling fallen leaves under the heel of your shoe as you walk. I love jeans and shoes and light sweaters and bangles, as you enjoy the scenery and the calm that seems to accompany autumn. There's an almost utmost serenity with fall, the sky that greyish-white, the very faint chirpring of birds as you wake up. Happy autumn everyone, talk to you next time

And you'll have to forgive me for the extended break.

C'est l'ete

Well, luckily we found a buyer, so thank God for that. The summer here is ablaze, and my last test is tomorrow God willing. So that's nice. I really can't wait to go away. I love vacation, just the freenesss of having no work, no school, just lovely weather and the company of those you care about. I hope all is well for you guys, though I suspect no one reads this blog. I miss my old blog, but seeing as that failed miserably, let's hope this one gets some/any readers. Have fun all, enjoy the summer, and don't forget to comment. I know I am hardly that exciting, but that's okay, I doubt I'll stick with this for too long anyway. Have a wonderful summer, and yes, my posts will be relatively sporadic over the summer, seeing as one hardly blogs at the beach or at a foreign cafe.

Have a fabulous summer, one and all!

Of pools and problems

Sorry I haven't gotten to writing, things have been hectic and I've been quite tired honestly. We opened the pool on Sunday, but of course, it still isn't clean, so that's simply lovely. I have a question for you guys. Does anyone go to/ is anyone interested in going to LA Fitness? Because I have credit for personal training, but I cancelled membership, so I have to sell it. It'll be discounted, so you'll save money, and if I wasn't travelling, I'd love to still go.

If anyone is interested, leave a comment please with your email and I'll contact you, thanks a ton.

So, I cried, I prayed and I begged...

As May is more than half over and June flies by, summer is so close, and I really can't wait. Nothing appeals to me more than throwing on a swimsuit, flip flops, and sunglasses, and heading to the beach or pool. I ramble about this, I know, but I really do get enthusiastic. I mean, what's not to love? Sunshine, blue waters, sandals, light clothes, and the beach. I've even lessened my hate of tanning. It is no longer all-consuming, can you believe it? Now, I can deal with bronzing. But, I'm naturally tan, so I never felt the need to tan. I'm sure if I were pale, I wouldn't resent it like I do. But I'm not pale, I'm like olive, and thus tanning does not appeal to me

Why do I love summer? That's easy. Warm sunshine, cool iced tea, and occasionally, ice cream. Is that it? Of course not. I love summer clothing. Nothing thrils me like a good pair of sandals, and I adore capris. No, I don't wear shorts, but I looooove capris because, well, they still aren't pants, so we can reject winter! I am a blithering idiot, I know.

But I mean, how can sun and sand NOT appeal to you? Perhaps if you don't spend your summers in a vacation-esque area. But this:

will always appeal to me.

Who can say no to

Have fun dearies.

PS What's YOUR favorite season? If you exist, that is...

Happy Happy Joy Joy

Well, now that we've taken the AP exam, honestly, I'm not even worried about the result, because I'm DONE. Like, totally. Completely. No more Kaplan, no more McNeill, I have FINISHED. It's a miracle!! While I was angry and upset earlier, I really don't care anymore, it doesn't make a difference and it's too late. I feel so nauseated, but I don't even care because it won't affect anything anymore, I am DONE. And yes, there are Regents and SAT IIs, but for now, I am done. And that is such a wonderful feeling to have. And I fully intend to do something to celebrate this weekend, since I wasn't allowed today because of certain unreasonable people who shall remain nameless.

Oh well

Have a lovely time, dearies, I'm off to bake a cake.

Pero, ay como me duele

Hello all, the weather's looking up here(it had been raining quite miserably FYI) so I'm in a pretty decent mood. I find it so funny that charming little Miley Cyrus has gone and gotten herself in more trouble. After her  internet scandals(two, mind you), she has gone and posed for a "racy" Vanity Fair shoot, which she later apologized for, saying she was manipulated by Annie Leibovitz, and it was all a mistake. Apparently, her parents were actually present, although Disney says they left ten minutes early. Now, I won't deny the girl makes some poor decisions but it's another thing to do so after claiming in interviews what a committed Christian you are and how you are pure and are saving yourself for marriage. Now, when did we last hear that? Oh yeah, Britney Spears. Oh, I'm sure miss Cyrus will be fine
